At Alora, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied within 90 days of receiving your order, you may be eligible for a refund β but please note the following conditions apply:
β To qualify for a refund:

The request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date (as per your tracking info).

You must provide proof of consistent product usage (e.g. a photo of your empty bottle and a written summary of your daily usage).

The product must be returned in its original packaging, even if opened, along with your original receipt or order confirmation.

Return shipping is at the customerβs expense, and we recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

Once we receive and inspect the return, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7β14 business days.

We do not refund orders with multiple bottles unless only one has been opened and the rest are returned unused and sealed.

Trial abuse (multiple refunds or suspicious behavior) will result in disqualification from the guarantee.

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect from the post office are not eligible for refunds.
