  • The request must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date (as per your tracking info).

  • You must provide proof of consistent product usage (e.g. a photo of your empty bottle and a written summary of your daily usage).

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, even if opened, along with your original receipt or order confirmation.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

    • Your full name and order number

    • Reason for your return

    • Clear photos of the product (including the packaging and bottle)

  2. If approved, you'll receive instructions for return shipping.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


🚫 Please note:

  • We do not refund orders with multiple bottles unless only one has been opened and the rest are returned unused and sealed.

  • Trial abuse (multiple refunds or suspicious behavior) will result in disqualification from the guarantee.

  • Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect from the post office are not eligible for refunds.
